In this case, the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board granted the defendant’s petition for reconsideration and amended the April 25, 2014 Findings, Award and Order to reflect that the applicant, Katherine Ann Burton, was temporarily and totally disabled from July 22, 2013 through October 4, 2013. The Board affirmed the WCJ’s decision otherwise.
