This case involves a worker’s compensation claim by Maria Jaime against Remedy Temp, Inc., California Insurance Guarantee Association, and its servicing facility, Intercare Insurance Services, Inc., for Reliance Insurance Company, in liquidation; Bass Tech, Inc.; and Republic Indemnity Insurance Company.
