This case involves a petition for reconsideration filed by defendant NYCO Fabrics, Inc., California Insurance Guarantee Association, through its servicing facility, Segwick CMS for Fremont Compensation Insurance Co. in liquidation, and California Indemnity Insurance Company, with regard to an Arbitrator’s Findings and Award on a Petition for Reimbursement filed on July 20, 2012. The Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board granted the petition for reconsideration in order to allow sufficient opportunity to further study the factual and legal issues in the case and to enable them to issue a just and reasoned decision.
