Defendant contends that applicant’s lack of zealous representation has impeded its opportunity to defend its interests and that there is no evidence that applicant is receiving psychiatric or internal medicine treatment. We have not received an answer from applicant.            Applicant has filed Applications for Adjudication of Claim in eight cases, with dates of injury between 1999 and 2008. In case number ADJ1838694, defendant filed a Declaration of Readiness to Proceed (DOR) on May 7, 2012. Applicant filed an objection on May 29, 2012, alleging that his psychiatric and internal medicine claims are yet to be fully developed and that he is receiving medical treatment. Meanwhile, applicant filed a DOR in case number ADJ6867252 dated May 23, 2012. Defendant filed an objection on June 20, 2012. Both cases were set for mandatory settlement conference (MSC) on August 6, 2012. The WCJ took the two cases off calendar. We have no information on the status of the other six cases. Defendant now requests that we set (one? some? all?) of the cases for trial. , After our review of the record herein, we cannot determine which cases, if any, are ready for trial and
