ADJ3685689 (ANA 0335527)ADJ1125665 (ANA 0345901)ADJ1288486 (ANA 0345902)ADJ3581550 (ANA 0345904)ADJ2369046 (ANA 0335528) MFADJ2208312 (ANA 0349503)OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING RECONSIDERATION AND DECISIONAFTER RECONSIDERATION            Co-defendant, EBIC and Arrowpoint Capital (hereinafter “EBIC”), seeks reconsideration of the Joint Findings and Award issued by a workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) on August 22, 2012, wherein the WCJ found that applicant, while employed as a housekeeper from September 21, 1998 through September 21, 1999, sustained industrial injury to her lower extremities, causing 60% permanent disability, and a need for further medical treatment. The WCJ also found that the insurance carrier, EBIC, is to be the administrator of this claim and is to reimburse California Insurance Guarantee Association (CIGA) for all payments made to date.            EBIC contends that the WCJ erred in relying on the opinion of the agreed medical examiner (AME) in orthopedics because his opinions do not constitute substantial evidence. EBIC also contends that the WCJ erred in ordering it to administer applicant’s claim and to reimburse CIGA for all payments made to date, arguing that there is no evidence to support this order.            We have considered the Petition for Reconsideration and we have reviewed the record in this matter.
