The letter states, in relevant part: “At my last Status Conference with the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ)] I found her to be very rude and unprofessional towards me. I would like to disqualify her on the grounds that this would be a conflict of interest, since I did report her to the presiding Judge Joel Harter.”             We construe this letter as a petition for disqualification. However, the petition is not verified, as required by WCAB Rule 10844 (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 8, § 10844). It was not served on all parties.to the case, as required by WCAB Rule 10850. It does not comply with the 19 requirements of Labor Code section 5311 or WCAB Rule 10452. For all of these reasons, we dismiss the petition. , For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that applicant’s letter filed August 9, 2010, construed as a petition for disqualification, is DISMISSED.WORKERS’ COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARD________________________________________FRANK M.
