ADJ6864586AD.18028853ADJ1129767 (LBO 0394367)(Oxnard District Office)OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION AND DECISION AFTER RECONSIDERATION            MJR Management on behalf of lien claimant National Pharmacy West Hollywood (National Pharmacy) seeks reconsideration of the Order Dismissing Lien (Order) by the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) dated December 13, 2016 and issued December 28, 2016 wherein the WCJ found in pertinent part that the objection to the Notice of Intention to Dismiss Lien did not constitute good cause and the WCJ ordered the lien dismissed.            National Pharmacy contends that the order was procured by fraud. Its arguments appear to be based on its assertion that MJR Management had filed a proper notice of representation, that a representative was present at the December 13, 2016 lien conference and that there was a timely objection to the Notice of lntention to dismiss its lien.            We have received a Joint Report and Recommendation on Petition for Reconsideration (Report) from the WCJ recommending the Petition be denied. We received correspondence (an Answer) from defendant.            We have considered the allegations in the Petition and the Answer and the contents of the Report.
