In this case, Zufan A. Reda is the applicant and Fry's Electronics, Inc. and Zurich North American Insurance are the defendants. We appointed Roy Curry, M.D., as a “regular physician” pursuant to Labor Code section 5701, and scheduled an appointment for June 29, 2012. We requested a supplemental report on July 16, 2012.            We have now received reports from Dr. Curry dated June 20, 2012, and August 28, 2012. We issue a notice of intention to admit the reports into evidence. Because further proceedings may be required in this case, we order that any objection to the notice of intention be filed at the San Jose district office, and we return this matter to the trial level for any further proceedings and decisions by the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) as may be required. We serve copies of the reports of Dr. Curry on the parties together with copies of this Decision.            For the foregoing reasons,            IT IS ORDERED, as the Decision After Removal of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, that NOTICE IS GIVEN that, absent written objection and demonstration of good cause to the contrary filed and served at the San Jose district office of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board within twenty (20) days after service of this Notice, the reports of Roy Curry, M.D., dated June 20, 2012, and August 28, 2012, will be admitted into evidence./// ,             IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is RETURNED to the trial level for such further proceedings and decisions by the WCJ as may be required.WORKERS’ COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARD_______________________________________________ALFONSO J.
