Based on our review of the record, and for the reasons stated by the WCJ in said Opinion and Report, which we adopt and incorporate, we will deny reconsideration.            The supplemental petition in response to the WCJ’s Report has been accepted. (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 8, § 10848, WCAB Rules of Practice and Procedure.)            In addition, we note that in Finding 8, the WCJ awarded to Pain Diagnosis & Treatment, Inc. the cost of reasonable and necessary treatment in the form of morphine and baclofen, which is to be reimbursed pursuant to the Official Medical Fee Schedule (OMFS). The WCJ also issued an order reserving jurisdiction if the parties are unable to reach agreement on those costs.
