In that decision, the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) found that applicant did not sustain industrial injury to his upper extremities, lower extremities, head, neck, and nervous system on July 29, 2008 (ADJ6668829), did not sustain industrial injury to his upper extremities, trunk, and lower extremities from January 15, 2007 through September 1, 2008 (ADJ6894986), and did not sustain industrial injury to his head, upper extremities, neck, nervous system, and back in mid-January 2007 (ADJ8586066). The WCJ ordered that applicant take nothing for these claims. Applicant contends, in essence, that 1) he presented substantial medical evidence that he suffered a workplace injury; 2) an administrative law judge for the Social Security Administration previously ruled that applicant was disabled after falling off a ladder at work; 3) applicant has witnesses willing to testify on his behalf; 4) the WCJ’s Opinion on Decision does not reflect the full record in this case; 5) errors were made by applicant’s previous legal counsel; 6) applicant was injured while his employer had workers’ compensation insurance coverage; and 7) the statute of limitations does not bar applicant’s claim. We have considered the Petition for Reconsideration and defendant’s Answer, and we have reviewed the record in this matter.
