Applicant contends that the WCJ erred by ordering that she take nothing arguing that her psychiatric claim should not be barred because the May 11, 2007 conversation with her supervisor “was not in good faith”. Applicant further alleges that her psychiatric injury was the result of her mistreatment by her supervisor. Defendant filed an Answer. We have considered applicant’s petition and the Report and Recommendation on Petition for Reconsideration (Report) with respect thereto.
