ADJ1806235 (OAK 0229406)ADJ3677836 (OAK 0279846)ADJ3058455 (OAK 0347422)OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING RECONSIDERATION AND DECISION AFTER RECONSIDERATION Defendant Tenet Healthcare seeks reconsideration of the March 7, 2013 Findings and Award wherein the workers compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) found that applicant sustained an industrial injury to his bilateral upper extremities while employed by Tenet Healthcare through July 1, 1993 (ADJ1806235) and did not sustain cumulative trauma injuries to his bilateral upper extremities while employed by Valleycare Health System through August 14, 2000 (ADJ 3677836) and through June 1, 2007 (ADJ3058455). The WCJ also found that reasonable and necessary medical care to relieve the effects of applicant’s industrial injury in ADJ1806235 includes treatment for his bilateral wrists and carpal tunnel syndrome. Defendant contends that the WCJ erred in finding that applicant did not sustain two additional cumulative trauma injuries to his bilateral upper extremities, arguing that substantial medical evidence shows that the applicant sustained a cumulative trauma injury to his bilateral elbows while employed by Tenet Healthcare through July 1, 1993 and cumulative trauma injuries to his bilateral wrists while employed by Valleycare Health System through August 14, 2000 (ADJ3677836) and through June 1, 2007 (ADJ3058455). ,
