Intelligent Beauty; Onebeacon America Insurance Company Susana Aguilar Vega WORKERS’ COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARDSTATE OF CALIFORNIASUSANA AGUILAR VEGA, Applicant,vs. INTELLIGENT BEAUTY; ONEBEACON AMERICA INSURANCE COMPANY, Defendants.Case No. ADJ7499067(Van Nuys District Office)OPINION AND ORDER DISMISSING PETITIONS FOR RECONSIDERATION Lien claimants, Face 2 Face Interpreting and One World Translation Inc., seek reconsideration of the Order Dismissing Liens issued November 7, 2012, wherein the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) ordered that the liens of Face 2 Face Interpreting and One World Translation, Inc. were dismissed with prejudice. The WCJ’s Order, following a Notice of Intention to Dismiss Liens, noted that “no objection [to the Notice of Intention] showing good cause has been received from . .. the lien claimants herein.” In the Report and Recommendation on Petition for Reconsideration (Report), the WCJ set forth the reasons for the decision and pointed out that lien claimants, Face 2 Face Interpreting and One World Translation Inc., had filed “unverified identical Petitions for Reconsideration.” In two separate but identical petitions, lien claimants contend that their objection to the Notice of Intention to Dismiss Lien was timely and that “good cause has been demonstrated in this notice of objection as to why the lien should not be dismissed.” However, the petition fails to identify what “good cause” petitioners contend supports rescission of the WCJ’s Order. The petitions are also unverified. Defendant filed an Answer. Based upon our review of the record, and for the reasons set forth herein, we will dismiss both petitions because they are unverified. We note that Labor Code section 5902 requires verification of a petition for reconsideration. In Lucena v.
