This case is about Stephen Perryman, a police commander who sustained an admitted injury to his ears/hearing loss and left knee, as well as an injury to his heart/cardiovascular system during the cumulative trauma period ending 12/15/06 while employed by the City of Salinas. The parties designated several doctors as Agreed Medical Examiner, including Jonathan Ng, MD on the cardiac issues. Dr. Ng concluded that Perryman had end organ damage based upon an abnormal echocardiogram test, which resulted in 10% whole person impairment. Defendant introduced a copy of certain documents from Perryman's claim in an earlier case, including Minutes of Hearing on 06/14/00 and the Findings and Award dated 09/14/00
