SBR 0273372; SBR 0273378SBR 0273380; SBR 0278671OPINION AND DECISIONAFTER RECONSIDERATION            We earlier granted defendant’s petition for reconsideration of the four Findings and Awards of the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) issued on April 23. 2007, wherein it was found that applicant, who was employed by defendant as a convenience store clerk and manager from January 17, 1996 to June 6, 1996, incurred industrial injury to her psyche and jaw, but not fibromyalgia, 1) as a result of a robbery and assault at the store on February 24,1996 (SBR 0273378), 2) in the course of performing work duties on and around March 24, 1996 (SBR 0273380), and 3) as a result of the termination of her employment on June 6, 1996 (SBR 0273372). Industrial injuries to the right lower extremity and foot as a result of a fall on April 27. 1997, were also found to be a compensable consequence of the effects of medication applicant was taking for her psychiatric condition (SBR 0278671). In awarding temporary disability indemnity and medical treatment for injury to psyche based upon the three events at work, the WCJ implicitly determined that compensability was not barred by Labor Code section 3208.3(d), notwithstanding that applicant was employed by defendant for less than 6 months.1 I All further statutory references are to the Labor Code. ,             In addition, the WCJ found that the Employment Development Department (EDD) was not entitled to reimbursement from the California Insurance Guarantee Association (C1GA) for disabil
