This is our Decision After Reconsideration. Applicant Sharon Angel and defendant California Insurance Guarantee Association (CIGA) both petitioned for reconsideration of the Findings and Award in ADJ4145263, issued on January 23, 2013. In that case, the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) found that applicant sustained an industrial injury during the period July 11, 1997 through April 10, 2000 while employed by Marymount Academy, insured by Fremont indemnity Company now in liquidation, to her bilateral shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, neck, back and in the form of fibromyalgia that caused 98% permanent disability after apportionment. The WCJ awarded temporary disability from January 2, 2001 through October 12, 2004. The WCJ issued a separate Findings and Award in ADJ2903274 wherein he found that applicant sustained an industrial injury during the period July 12, 2000 through January 2, 2001 while employed at the Environmental Defense Center, insured by State Compensation Insurance Fund (SCIF), to her bilateral shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, neck, back and in the form of fibromyalgia that caused 9% permanent disability after apportionment. In both Findings and Awards, the WCJ found that applicant was temporarily disabled from , January 17, 2001 through October 12,
