The WCJ found that applicant was not in need of further medical treatment for his spine. Finally, the WCJ found that defendant did not establish entitlement to credit from applicant’s civil damages. Applicant contends dial the WrCJ erred in awarding temporary disability only through June 22. 2004 arguing that Allan Kipperman, M.D., found applicant temporarily disabled until September 25, 2007 and that there is no substantial evidence supporting a finding that applicant’s temporary disability status ended on June 22, 2004. Applicant further contends that the WCJ should have awarded further medical treatment for applicant’s spine pursuant to the recommendation of Andrew Burt, M.D. , Defendant contends that the WCJ erred in awarding temporary disability from April 14, 2001 to June 22, 2004 arguing that there is no supporting substantial medical evidence that finding.
