 This case involves a lien claimant, Psychological Assessment Services, and its representative Claribel Palacios, who sought reconsideration of a November 3, 2014 Findings and Order Re: Liens of Psychological Assessment Services and Easy Translation. The WCJ prepared a Report and    Recommendation on Petition for Reconsideration (Report),recommending that the Petition for    Reconsideration (Petition) be dismissed as skeletal or, in the alternative, denied on the merits.
