Case No. ADJ1514704 (ANA 0401964) / ADJ2766732 (ANA 0401698) OPINION AND ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION,ORDER GRANTING REMOVAL ON APPEALS BOARD’S MOTION, ANDNOTICE OF INTENTION TO IMPOSE SANCTIONS Lien claimant Psychological Assessment Services, through its representative Claribel Palacios, seeks reconsideration of the November 3, 2014Findings and Order Re: Liens of Psychological Assessment Services and Easy Translation (F&O), wherein the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) found that lien claimants Psychological Assessment Services and Easy Translation did not meet their burden of proof as to the reasonableness and necessity for the services they provided to applicant, and ordered that both lien claimants take nothing further. Lien claimant Psychological Assessment Services contends that the WCJ erred in dismissing its lien. We have not received an answer from any party. The WCJ prepared a Report and Recommendation on Petition for Reconsideration (Report),recommending that the Petition for Reconsideration (Petition) be dismissed as skeletal or, in the alternative, denied on the merits. The WCJ also recommended that we consider sanctions against lien claimant’s representative for filing “a frivolous, skeletal petition that does not meet even the barest requirements for a valid petition for reconsideration, that appends a copy of the decision (which is already in the WCAB file), and which attempts to introduce evidence not offered at trial in support of the lien[.]” (Report, p. 7.) , We have considered the Petition for Reconsideration and the contents of the Report, and we hav
