Lien claimant Psychological Assessment Services contends that the WCJ erred in dismissing its lien. We have not received an answer from any party. The WCJ prepared a Report and Recommendation on Petition for Reconsideration (Report),recommending that the Petition for Reconsideration (Petition) be dismissed as skeletal or, in the alternative, denied on the merits.
