LONG BEACH UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT; YORK RIVERSIDE ROSE ROCKFORD WORKERS’ COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARDSTATE OF CALIFORNIAROSE ROCKFORD, Applicant,vs.LONG BEACH UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT; YORK RIVERSIDE, Defendants.Case No. ADJ1365468 (LBO 0394357)OPINION AND ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION Applicant, Rose Rockford, seeks reconsideration of the Opinion and Order Granting Reconsideration and Decision After Reconsideration, issued August 13, 2012, in which we granted reconsideration and amended the May 22, 2012 Findings and Award. In that determination, a workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) found applicant sustained 27% permanent disability as a result of her admitted December 14, 2007 injury to her lumbar and thoracic spine while employed as a team leader/teacher/administrator by the Long Beach Unified School District. We found the WCJ improperly relied upon the impairment rating of applicant’s primary treating physician, Dr. Ahn to find permanent disability, and amended the permanent disability award based upon the substantial medical evidence by the panel Qualified Medical Evaluator, Dr. Mizuguchi, to award applicant 19% permanent disability. Applicant contests the Decision After Reconsideration, and asserts that the reporting of Dr. Mizuguchi does not adequately explain the basis for his permanent disability rating. Applicant requests that the matter be returned to Dr. Mizuguchi so that he may explain his rating determination. Defendant has not filed an answer to applicant’s petition. We have considered the allegations and arguments of the Petition for Reconsideration and have again reviewed the record in this matter and our Decision After Reconsideration. Based upon our review of the record, and for the reasons stated in our prior determination, we re-affirm the Opinion and Order , Granting Reconsideration and Decision After Reconsideration, issued August 13, 2012, and will deny the petition for reconside
