ADJ3200223 (STK 0189793)ADJ1312681 (STK 0189794)OPINION AND ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION Applicant, in pro per, seeks reconsideration of the Order Amending Second Amended Finding and Award issued August 29, 2012, wherein the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) amended the prior Award to correct a clerical error. In the Second Amended Findings and Award, the WCJ confirmed the stipulation of the parties- that applicant sustained an industrial injury to her neck, thoracic spine and psyche on February 7, 2003 (STK 189793) and a second industrial injury to her low back and psyche on October 6, 2003 (STK 189794). The WCJ also found that applicant sustained 17% permanent disability in STK 189794 and 16% permanent disability in STK 189793 after apportionment pursuant to the medical opinion of Dr. Abelow. The Order Amending Second Amended Finding and Award corrected the Award to reflect that the total disability award in STK 189794 was $5,825.00 and the total disability award in STK 189793 is $5,425.00 payable at the rate of $100.00 per week. Applicant had been represented by counsel throughout the resolution of applicant’s claim and is appearing in pro per for the first time in this petition for reconsideration. In a skeletal petition without reference to the record, applicant contends that the WCJ erred by issuing the decision claiming that the decision was based upon the agreement between applicant’s counsel and the insurance company without the authorization of applicant. Based upon our review of the record, and for the reasons set forth herein, we will dismiss applicant’s petition because it is impermissibly skeletal. , We note that California Code of Reg
