Applicant contends, in substance, that the WCJ erred in excluding the neck because “Judge Gray’s Award of June 1, 1982 does indeed, based on the Codes and Body parts defined under 18.1 [of the Schedule for Rating Permanent Disabilities (“PDRS”),] which does include applicant’s neck as part of his back, as defined in Dorland’s Gray’s Pocket Atlas of Anatomy and spelled out in Permanent Disability Ratings Pre-April 1, 1997 Schedule.” There was no answer to the petition for reconsideration. The WCJ submitted a Report and Recommendation (“Report”). We have considered the allegations of applicant’s Petition for Reconsideration, the contents of the WCJ’s Report with respect thereto, and the contents of the WCJ’s Opinion on Decision. Based on our review of the record, and for the reasons stated below and in the WCI’s Report and Opinion, which we [h4][/h4] , adopt and incorporate except the suggestion on page three of the WCJ’s Report that “petitioner’s contentions may have merit,” we will deny reconsideration.
