LOUIS RAMS;TRAVELERS INDEMNITY CO., successor in interest to GULF INSURANCE CO., Defendants.Case No. ADJ6985663(Van Nuys District Office)OPINION AND ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION            Defendant TIG Insurance, as administered by Risk Enterprise Management, petitions for reconsideration of the August 31, 2012 Amended Findings, Award and Order, In that decision, the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) found that applicant Rome Douglas “sustained injury to his neck, back, shoulders, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles, feet, toes, fingers, head, sleep disorder, post-traumatic head syndrome, cardiovascular system, hypertension and elbows,” causing 84% permanent disability. The WCJ also found that, “during the period of cumulative trauma from 8/20/2000 to and including 8/20/2001,” Travelers was the carrier for the New York Giants and the St. Louis Rams and TIG was the carrier for NFL Europe.1 The WCJ issued an award of permanent disability indemnity, a life pension, attorneys’ fees, and further medical treatment against all three teams and their insurers, with the New York Giants/Travelers to administer the claim.            Defendant contends that the WCAB has no jurisdiction over applicant’s claim against NFL 1 Defendant TIG Insurance Company identifies NFL Europe as World League of American Football, and theemployment contracts in evidence, described below, identify this employer as NFL Europe Florida, Inc.
