We briefly recite the relevant factual chronology below. On July 13, 2015, the WCJ issued Findings and Award and Special Order in which it was found that applicant, while employed by Covenant Care and Sun Health/Regency as a registered nurse and administrator, sustained industrial injury to her left wrist during the period November 1, 1995 through November 1, 1996, and that applicant is in need of further medical treatment. The WCJ also found that on the date of injury the insurance carrier for Covenant Care was AIG and the insurance carrier for Sun Health was CNA, and that Covenant Care, having previously entered into a Compromise and Release with applicant, has no liability except for potential liens. The WCJ awarded further medical treatment again Sun Health Care and CNA alone. Sun Health Care/CNA filed a petition for reconsideration of the WCJ’s decision, which was denied by this Board on September 21, 2015.
