Code reg. §9795.4. Lien-claimant may obtain other records by subpoena and claim medical-legal costs if the principal (doctor) will not provide them; i AND: “IF MARKET RATE is relied upon, lien-claimant shall serve upon defendant a list of each interpreter providing services, together with the certification number of each independent contractor interpreter, not employed by Joyce Altman Interpreting, and proof of market rate 1 The identical order concerning this lien claimant was issued in several other cases by the same WCJ.
