THOMPSON, Applicant,vs.ACOSTA SALES AND MARKETING; ROYAL & SUN ALLIANCE, Defendants.Case No. AHM 095279OPINION AND DECISION AFTER RECONSIDERATION            We previously granted applicant’s and defendant’s petitions for reconsideration of the £>eccmber 22, 2006 Findings, Award and Order of the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ). wherein it was found that compensation for applicant’s injury to psyche was barred by Labor Code section 3208.3(d), but that she was entitled to medical treatment for her psychiatric condition on an industrial basis to help cure or relieve the effects of the orthopedic industrial injuries she sustained in vehicle collision while employed as a Territory Sales Manager by defendant on June 18, 2001.1            Applicant contends that her injury to psyche should have been found to have resulted from a “sudden and extraordinary employment condition” such that compensation is not barred by section 3208.3(d).            Defendant contends that treatment of the psychiatric injury should have been found to be barred by section 3208.3(d) because the treatment was not required to cure or relieve the effects of applicant’s orthopedic injuries, stop the acceleration of the symptoms of the orthopedic injuries, or stop the aggravation of the orthopedic injuries.            The WCJ prepared a Repon and Recommendation on Petition for Reconsideration regarding applicant’s petition for reconsideration, but did not have the file available to prepare a 1 AU further statutory references are to the Labor Code. , report regarding defendant’s petition for reconsideration.            We will reverse the WCI’s findings regarding the compensability of applicant’s injury topsyche because the injury resulted from a sudden and extraordinary employment condition, but willotherwise affirm the December 22,2006 Findings,
