The WCJ found, in pertinent part, that applicant failed to prove industrial cumulative trauma injury arising out of and in the course of employment to her left knee, left thumb, right knee, left arm and left wrist, as it relates to defendant. The WCJ did not make any findings of injury arising out of and during the course of other employment.            Applicant contends that the evidence presented supports a finding that applicant sustained an industrial cumulative trauma injury.            We received an Answer from defendant. Defendant contends that the Findings of Fact should be affirmed because they are supported by substantial medical evidence.            We received a Report and Recommendation on Petition for Reconsideration (Report) from the WCJ recommending that the Petition be denied.            We have considered the allegations of the Petition, Answer, and the contents of the WCJ’s Report.
