VNO 475856; VNO 447039;VNO 447045; VNO 447094VNO 447095; VNO 448064VNO 461057OPINION AND DECISIONAFTERRECONSIDERATION            On November 2, 2007, the Appeals Board granted reconsideration of the workers’ compensation administrative law judge’s (WCJ) decision of September 5,2007, in order to study further issues raised and to obtain a report and recommendation from the WCJ on applicant’s petition for reconsideration pursuant to WCAB Rule 10860. We received the report of the WCJ that was served on November 14, 2007.            We have considered the allegations of applicant’s petition for reconsideration and the contents of the report and recommendation of the WCJ with respect thereto dated November 14, 2007. Based on our review of the record, and for the reasons stated in said report, which we adopt and incorporate by reference, we affirm each of the findings and orders of the WCJ that issued on September 5, 2007, in the above entitled cases.            We note, among other things, that underlying the WCJ’s decisions is his finding that applicant Jacked credibility. We have given the WCJ’s finding on credibility the great weight to which it is entitled. (Garza v. Workers’ Comp. Appeals Bd. (1970) 3 Cal.3d 312 [35 Cal.Comp.Cases 500].) ,             For the foregoing reasons,            IT IS ORDERED that as the Decision After Reconsideration of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, the findings and orders served September 5, 2007 in cases VNO 475856, VNO 447039, VNO 447045, VNO 447094, VNO 447095, VNO 448064, and VNO 461057, be, and hereby are, AFFIRMED.    WORKERS’ COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARD____________________________________________FRANK M.
