Unilab was permissibly self-insured and administered by Sedgwick Claims Management Services, and Valley was permissibly self-insured and administered by TriStar Risk Management. American Casualty Co. of Reading, PA was Unilab's insurer during part of the relevant period, and Zurich Insurance Co. was Valley's insurer.
