On March 18, 2009, applicant, in propria persona, filed a Declaration of Readiness to Proceed (DOR) on the following issues: permanent disability, self- procured medical treatment, and “Disagree with settlement milage reimbursement.” In response to defendant’s objection to the DOR, applicant sent a letter to the WCJ, received on April 7, 2009, which appears to request a hearing on setting aside the Compromise and Release (C&R). Applicant contends in her DOR that no one explained what she was signing, that she needed a Russian interpreter, that 7% disability, based on the reporting of her treating physician, Dr. Dixit, is inadequate, and that her mileage has not been reimbursed. In her April 7, 2009 letter, applicant contends that she believed Applied Risk Services was on her side, that she did not know she had the right to request an interpreter, that she would not have agreed to the terms of the C&R if she had had an interpreter present and had understood the proceedings, that she believed defendant’s attorney was representing her interests, that she did not know she was entitled to , mileage reimbursement, that she is entitled to Supplemental Job Displacement Benefits, and that it was never explained to her that her fight to apply for SSDI and Medicare were part of the settleme
