Moises Rivera Topete vs. Lakeside Golf Club; Federal Insurance Company, Administered By Gallagher Bassett

In this case, Moises Rivera Topete, an employee of Lakeside Golf Club, sought removal of a Findings and Order issued by the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) on October 16, 2019. The WCJ found Dr. Theodore Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME). The WCJ ordered that panel 2367055, in which Dr. Georgis was selected as the QME, was the proper panel, and that the examination with Dr. Georgis should proceed. The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board granted the Petition for Reconsideration and amended the F&O to reflect the parties' stipulation, otherwise affirming the F&O.
