ADJ3388315 (SBR 0294441)ADJ683842 (SBR 0340933)OPINION AND ORDERS DENYINGWILLIAM FURNACE’S PETITION FORRECONSIDERATION, GRANTINGSOMPO’S PETITION FORRECONSIDERATION, AND DECISIONAFTER RECONSIDERATION We have considered the allegations of the Petition for Reconsideration filed by Williams Furnace Company, and the allegations of the separate Petition for Reconsideration filed by Sompo Japan Insurance Company (“Sompo”), as well as the contents of the separate reports submitted by the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) with respect to each petition. Based on our review of the record, and for the reasons stated in said reports which we adopt and incorporate, we will deny the Petition for Reconsideration filed by Williams Furnace Company, and we will grant the Petition for Reconsideration filed by Sompo in order to affirm the May 15, 2014 Findings and Award with the amendments recommended in the WCJ’s Report on Sompo’s petition. For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that the Petition for Reconsideration filed by Williams Furnace Company is DENIED.
