Diana’s Mexican Food Products Inc. permissibly self-insured, administered by Carl Warren & Company, Maria Rochin, WORKERS’ COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARDSTATE OF CALIFORNIAMARIA ROCHIN, Applicant,vs.DIANA’S MEXICAN FOOD PRODUCTS INC. permissibly self-insured, administered by CARL WARREN & COMPANY,Defendants.Case No. ADJ9971330(Van Nuys District Office)OPINION AND DECISION AFTER RECONSIDERATION            The Appeals Board previously granted reconsideration to further study the factual and legal issues.1 This is our Decision After Reconsideration.            In the Findings, Award and Order of March 8, 2017, the workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) admitted applicant’s exhibits 1 through 6 into evidence, and the WCJ found that on December 22, 2013, applicant, while employed as a waitress by Diana’s Mexican Food Products, Inc., sustained industrial injury to her neck, back, both shoulders, both wrists and both knees. The WC] also found that the injury resulted in temporary total disability from July 30, 2015 to March 2, 2016, permanent disability of 43% without apportionment, and the need for further medical treatment, and that “applicant is deemed to be a minimum eamer for temporary and permanent disability.”2 In addition, the WCJ allowed the lien of the Employment Development Department (EDD) in the amount of $31,200.00, representing payments made by EDD from April 24, 2013 to April 24, 2014. The WC] ordered that payment of $31,200.00 must deducted from applicant’s retroactive temporary disability award prior to the calculation of a reasonable attorney’s fee, and the WCJ disallowed credit to defendant against applicant for any interest paid to 1 Deputy Commissioner Cristine E.
