County Of Humboldt, Permissibly Self-Insured Linda Nold WORKERS’ COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARDSTATE OF CALIFORNIALINDA NOLD, Applicant,vs. COUNTY OF HUMBOLDT, Permissibly Self-Insured, Defendant.Case No. ADJ6496478 (Eureka District Office)OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING RECONSIDERATION AND DECISION AFTER RECONSIDERATION            Applicant and applicant’s attorney, on his own behalf, seek reconsideration of the January 7, 2013 Joint Findings and Award issued by the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) in Case No. ADJ6496478. Although petitioners only seek reconsideration in Case No. ADJ6496478, the January 7, 2013 Joint Findings and Award was issued in two related cases wherein the WCJ found that applicant sustained two separate specific industrial psychiatric injuries while employed as a Supervising Mental Health Clinician on May 7, 1997 (Case No. ADJ8704256)1 and on May 10, 1997 (Case No. ADJ6496478). In the case before us now (Case No. ADJ6496478), the WCJ found that the injury caused temporary disability (TD) for a period in excess of 104 weeks beginning June 15, 2007 and that defendant was liable for TD indemnity at the rate of $890.63 per week, less reimbursement to Employment Development Department (EDD) for benefits paid for concurrent parts of said 104 weeks. The WCJ further found that the injury herein caused 15% permanent disability after apportionment; that applicant reached maximum medical improvement on July 14, 2010; and that applicant’s attorney was entitled to a fee in the amount of $1,570.00. 1 In Case No. ADJ8704256m the WCJ found that the injury caused temporary disability for a period in excess of 104 weeks beginning June 15, 2007 “for which defendant is liable…[concurrently] with the non-apportionable temporary disability indemnity awarded in Case No. ADJ6496478” and cause 10% permanent disability after apportionment, and that applicant’s attorney was entitled to a fee in the amount of $940.00. ,             Applicant contends that
