LINDA AMEERIAR vs. LIVE NATION ENTERTAINMENT, INC.; NEW HAMPSHIRE INSURANCE COMPANY, Administered By GALLAGHER BASSETT SERVICES, INC.

In this case, Linda Ameeriar, a Cash Manager for Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., filed a claim alleging cumulative industrial injury to her back. The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board granted her petition for reconsideration and rescinded the WCJ's Findings and Order, finding that her injury did arise out of and occur in the course of her employment. The Board found that the reports of her primary treating physician, Dr. Bakshian, constituted substantial evidence to support a finding of industrial injury.
