(Expert) or by Behler and Associates, Inc. (Behler). In this case, Dwight Jeffers, aka Dwight E. Jeffers, individually and as a substantial shareholder of DEJ Enterprises, a Nevada Corporation, was found to have illegally employed Gustavo Hidalgo, who sustained an industrial injury resulting in his death on October 26, 2006. The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board granted the petition for reconsideration and amended the finding to state that Hidalgo was not employed by Expert Plastering, Inc., DEJ Enterprises, or Behler and Associates, Inc. dba Behler Construction. The Board also corrected the clerical error in the date of injury.
