The WCJ ordered that applicant take nothing by way of the psychiatric injury claim. Applicant contends that he experienced discrimination at work, that he suffered “disparate treatment” as delineated in the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), and that “he was not given a fair trial.” We received a Report and Recommendation on Petition for Reconsideration (Report) from the WCJ recommending the Petition be denied. We received an Answer from defendant. We have considered the allegations in the Petition for Reconsideration (Petition) and the Answer, and the contents of the Report.
