This case involves Lana Moffett's workers' compensation claim for an industrial injury she sustained on February 17, 2003. HCM HEALTH CARE; TRAVELERS INSURANCE LANA MOFFETT WORKERS’ COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARDSTATE OF CALIFORNIALANA MOFFETT, Applicant,vs.HCM HEALTH CARE; TRAVELERS INSURANCE, Defendants.Case No. ADJ1614784 (FRE 0219632)OPINION AND DECISION AFTER RECONSIDERATION            On January 3, 2012, the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (Appeals Board) granted reconsideration to enable the workers compensation judge (WCJ) to file and serve a Supplemental Report and Recommendation that addresses the WCJ’s Order Appointing Independent Medical Examiners (IMEs). On January 17, 2012, the WCJ submitted the Supplemental Report as requested. This is our Decision After Reconsideration.            In the Findings, Order and Award of October 11, 2011, the WCJ found, in relevant part, that applicant sustained industrial injury to her low back, left shoulder and psyche on February 17, 2003, but not to her hips, left middle toe, left wrist, left arm, left ankle, both calves, left great toe, cervical spine, or right shoulder, and that applicant became permanent and stationary (P&S) “from an orthopedic basis” on July 28, 2006, pursuant to Dr. Chauhan, applicant’s primary treating physician. The WCJ also awarded medical treatment. However, the WCJ deferred the issue of orthopedic permanent disability pending applicant’s re-examination by an IME, as well as the issue of P&S status in relation to applicant’s psychiatric injury, pending psychiatric re-examination by an IME. The WCJ ordered applicant to submit to an 1ME by Dr. Previte on the orthopedic issues and to IME by Dr. Lowell, psychiatrist. The WCJ also deferred the issue of permanent disability pending further development of the medical record.            Lana Moffett, applicant in propria persona, sought reconsideration of the WCJ’s decision.
