On December 21, 2016, applicant filed a Petition for Removal regarding that order requesting that the examination be postponed. Pursuant to the WCJ’s February 8, 2017 Report and Recommendation on Petition for Removal, applicant attended the December 20, 2016 examination by Dr. Mitchell who authored a January 20, 2017 report. The WCJ recommends that we dismiss removal as moot.
