Based on our review of the record, and for the reasons stated in said report which we adopt and incorporate, we will reconsideration. We are, moreover, extending to the WCJ’s finding on credibility the great weight to which it is entitled (see Garza v. Workmen’s Comp. Appeals Bd. (1970) 3 Cal. 3d 312 [35 Cal.Comp.Cases 500].)We further note that the October 13, 2011 report and July 9, 2012 deposition of Dr. Weiss, applicant’s pain management specialist, make it clear that applicant’s need for these medications is causally related to her industrial injury. Therefore, the evidence relied upon by the WCJ, as outlined in comprehensive report, is sufficient to support the 100% permanent disability determination. Furthermore, there is no compelling reason to further develop the record. For one, Dr. Holmes, the Agreed Medical Examiner (AME) in orthopedics, expressly indicates that orthopedics is his realm of expertise and, therefore, he declined to address the pain management issues. Accordingly, it seems that he does not deem himself competent to address whether applicant’s medication regime is causally related to her comparatively minor orthopedic injuries and whether there is a disconnection between those , injuries and the extent of medication she is taking.
