Applicant’s counsel contends that although a substitution of attorney was filed on December 15, 2014 the EAMS address record does not list applicant’s present counsel as her attorney of record.1 We received a Report and Recommendation on Petition for Reconsideration (Report) from the WCJ recommending the Petition be granted, that the Order be rescinded, and that the matter be returned. to the WCJ. We received an Answer from defendant. We have considered the allegations in the Petition and the Answer and the contents of the Report. Based upon our review of the record, for the reasons set forth in the Report, which we adopt and incorporate, we will grant the Petition for Reconsideration, rescind the Order and return the matter to the WCJAccordingly, we grant the Petition, rescind the Order and return the matter to the WCJ. 1 Our review of the EAMS INT Case Participants file indicates that applicant’s present attorney, J.
