We received an Answer from defendant.            We have considered the allegations in the Petition and the Answer and the contents of the Report. Based upon our review of the record, for the reasons set forth in the Report, which we adopt and incorporate, we will grant the Petition for Reconsideration, rescind the Order and return the matter to the WCJAccordingly, we grant the Petition, rescind the Order and return the matter to the WCJ. 1 Our review of the EAMS INT Case Participants file indicates that applicant’s present attorney, J.
