ADJ1876381 (SAC 0359176)ADJ2128251 (SAC 0359177)ADJ3136753 (SAC 0359178)OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION AND DECISION AFTER RECONSIDERATION            Defendant seeks reconsideration of the three April 13, 2009 Findings of Fact of the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) who found that applicant sustained industrial injury to her psyche while employed by defendant as an administrative assistant on November 6, 2006 (SAC 0359176), on November 10, 2006 (SAC 0359177) and during the cumulative trauma period through November 10, 2006 (SAC 0359178). Other issues weredeferred.            Defendant contends that the findings of industrial injury in SAC 0359177 and SAC 0359178 are not supported by substantial medical evidence, and that there is no objective evidence in any of the cases that “actual events of employment were predominant as to all causes combined” of the claimed injuries to psyche as required by Labor Code section 3208.3(b)(1).1            Applicant’s answer was received. 1Further statutory references are to the Labor Code. ,             We grant reconsideration and rescind the findings of injury in SAC 0359177, and SAC 0359178. The finding of industrial injury in SAC 0359176 is affirmed because the preponderance of the evidence supports the conclusion that applicant’s injury to psyche was predominantly caused by actual events of employment on November 6, 2006. The case is returned to the trial level for further proceedings.            Applicant worked for the City of Dixon as a Code Enforcement Officer.
