The NOI gave notice that the uninsured employers, Jeffrey D. Hadden and Dorothy M. Hadden, individually and dba Natural Pest Controls and Firewood aka NPC Firewood, would be allowed to file an answer to applicant’s petition for reconsideration of the Findings and Awards issued by the workers’ compensation judge (“WCJ”) on June 7, 2016. 1 On April 6, 201 7, the uninsured employers timely submitted two responses (“pleadings”) to our NOI One pleading was signed by Mr. Hadden and the other pleading was signed by Ms. Hadden. In essence, the pleadings challenged the WCJ’s decision of June 7, 2017, as amended by this Board’s decision of September 2, 2016.
