Based on our review of the record and for the reasons stated in said report which we adopt and incorporate, we will grant reconsideration, amend the WCJ’s decision as recommended in his report, and otherwise affirm the decision of April 22, 2009. For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that reconsideration of the decision of April 22, 2009, is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that as the Decision After Reconsideration of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, the decision of April 22, 2009, is AFFIRMED, EXCEPT that Finding of Fact No. 1 and the Order are AMENDED to read as follows: “1. Defendant, State Compensation Insurance Fund (SCIF) is liable in the amount of $799.75 to Associated Reproduction Services, Inc. (ARS), of which the sum of $563.98 is reimbursable as medical-legal expenses, and the sum of $235.77 is reimbursable as costs under Labor Code section 5811. Defendant is also liable for a 10% penalty and interest against the medical-legal expenses.////// , ORDER IT IS ORDERED that SCIF pay ARS medical-legal expenses of $563.98, plus a 10% penalty and interest, and costs of $235.77.” WORKERS’COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARD _______________________________ JOSEPH M.
