In that decision, the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) dismissed several liens, including those of the above lien claimants. Lien claimants contend that the WCJ violated their due process rights because they were never served with the Notice of Intention to Dismiss Lien for Non-Appearance. They further contend that the WCJ was incorrect about their non-appearance, arguing that their representative appeared at both the lien conference and the lien trial. We have considered the Petition for Reconsideration, and we have reviewed the record in this matter. We have not received an Answer.1 The WCJ prepared a Report and Recommendation of 1 We note that defendant stipulated that the insurer in this case is Twin City Fire and Indemnity Company, administered through “CCMSI,” i.e. Cannon Cochran Management Services, Inc.
