Applicant claimed to have incurred specific and cumulative trauma industrial injury to various body parts while employed by Star Waggons as a plumber, and his dependents claim benefits as a result of his subsequent death. The claims of applicant and hi> dependents were earlier addressed by two other defendants by way of compromise and release. As approved by a different WCJ on March 10. 2010. Zenith Insurance Company settled the claims against it by payment of S50.000.00. As approed by a different WCJ on July 28. 2010. Claicndon National Insurance Company through American All Risk Loss Administrators settled the claims against them by payment of $45.000.00. , Applicant’s dependents contend that the August 25, 2010 order issued without allowing them a meaningful opportunity to be heard.
