In addition, lien claimant Bakersfield Radiology seeks reconsideration of a January 17, 2013 “Order Dismissing Lien Claim for Failure to Pay Lien Activation Fee Prior to Lien Conference or Trial; Failure to Appear per Order of [January 3, 2012]” [sic]. Finally, lien claimant Comprehensive Interpreting seeks reconsideration of a separate January 17, 2013 “Order Dismissing Lien Claim for Failure to Pay Lien Activation Fee Prior to Lien Conference.” Prime Med contends that the WCJ erred in dismissing its clients’ liens essentially arguing that the filing fee is unconstitutional and a violation of due process and arguing that the WCJ’s Orders are defective in that they erroneously refer to Labor Code1 section 4903.3 rather than section 4903.06 as a basis for the dismissal. Comprehensive Interpreting contends that the WCJ erred in dismissing its lien arguing that it provided proof of the payment of the lien activation fee at the January 17, 2013 lien conference and also arguing that section 4903.06 is unconstitutional. 1 All further statutory references are to the Labor Code, unless otherwis
