(RemedyTemp) was applicant’s general employer and defendant MVP Hydratec, Inc. (Hydratec) was applicant’s special employer, and that “The general and special employers were covered by Reliance Insurance for this employment and the special employer also had a policy issued by Clarendon National Insurance Company [Clarendon].” The WCJ further found that “There is no evidence in the Clarendon Insurance policy of an endorsement excluding coverage of special employees,” but that “The policy of Clarendon National Insurance Company is not other insurance within the meaning of Insurance Code, Section 1063.1(c)(9)(a).” The WCJ also found that applicant incurred industrial injury to his low back while employed as a metal saw operator on June 20, 2000, causing 45% permanent disability and a need , for future medical treatment.
