AIG Claims Services, Inc., Broadspire, LLC, and the County of Los Angeles, by separate petitions, join co-defendants SCIF/Liberty to raise the same or similar arguments. Applicant has filed an answer. By a second petition for removal filed by defendant AIG Claims Services. Inc. (AIG), it challenges the amended discovery orders of the WCI dated October 29, 2007. By separate petitions for removal, American Guarantee and Liability Insurance Company and Zurich group of insurances companies, join AIG’s petition and arguments. We have considered the allegations and arguments asserted by defendant petitioners and the contents of the December 11, 2007 Report and Recommendation of the workers’ compensation administrative law judge with respect thereto. Based on our review of the record, and for the , reasons stated in the WCI’s report, which we adopt and incorporate, we will dismiss the petitions for reconsideration and deny the petitions for removal.
