In this case, the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board granted Hiriti Okuamichael's request to file a supplemental petition and granted her petition for reconsideration in order to provide an adequate opportunity to fully study the factual and legal issues raised. The order was amended to clarify that reconsideration was granted and all further correspondence was to be filed with the Office of the Commissioners of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.

Code Regs., tit. 8, § 10848).1 Through inadvertence, we neglected to clarify our intention to grant reconsideration in order to provide us with an adequate opportunity to fully study the factual and legal issues raised, including those that might be set forth in applicant’s supplemental petition.            Accordingly, we incorporate the entirety of that order of April 11, 2011 herein, and also amend our April 11, 2011 order to clarify that we have granted applicant’s petition for reconsideration to provide us with an opportunity to further study the factual and legal issues and to issue a just and reasoned decision. 1            Commissioner Cuneo, who was on the panel that granted applicant’s request to file a supplemental petition, no longer serves on the Appeals Board. Another panel member was assigned to take his place. ,             For the foregoing reasons,            IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that our order of April 11, 2011, is AMENDED to provide that reconsideration of the Findings and Awards issued in Case Nos. ADJ1054155, ADJ1247741, and ADJ1895803 on February 8, 2011 is GRANTED.            IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the order of April 11, 2011 concerning the due date and location for filing of applicant Hiriti Okuamichael’s supplemental petition pursuant to Appeals
