Hilario Vasquez vs. Abel Automatics; Employers Compensation
(OXN 0129675)In this case, the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board granted reconsideration of the March 25, 2013 Findings and Award to further study the factual and legal issues. The WCJ found that applicant sustained an industrial injury on July 18, 2002, to his back and psyche and did not sustain an industrial injury in the form of a gastrointestinal condition and a urological/sexual dysfunction condition. The WCJ found applicant sustained 82% permanent disability. The Appeals Board amended the Findings and Award to clarify that applicant is entitled to medical treatment for his gastrointestinal condition and urological/sexual dysfunction condition, but did not amend the award of permanent disability.
